Shipping Policy

• Goods may be ordered for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
  
• For delivery outside the UK mainland, customers should contact the company for shipping costs and to place the order.
  
• The company reserves the right to dispatch goods by any means they deem appropriate.
  
• Delivery is expected within 7 – 14 working days.
  
• The aim is to ship the package within 48 hours of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday).
  
• They do not ship to PO Boxes; a valid street address must be given.
  
• The company will inform of any backorders and provide an estimated ship date.
  
• Items ordered together may not always ship together due to availability.
  
• In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, the company will assist with filing an insurance claim with the courier.
  

Returns Policy

• They offer a 7-day no-quibble cancellation and return policy for goods bought via their website.
  
• To cancel and return, customers must contact the company within 7 days of receipt of goods, obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), and follow instructions for return.
  
• Returns will only be accepted with an RAN; goods returned without authorization may be refused.
  
• For non-defective goods: the customer must return items at their own cost, in the original packaging with all accessories and instructions, and in a re-saleable condition.
  
• For defective goods: the company may, at its option, repair or replace the item (within warranty).
  
• Warranty: most merchandise is guaranteed for 5 years, except certain ranges (e.g. inspection or cell security ranges) which have 1 year warranty.
  
• Defective items must be returned (ideally in original packaging and with accessories); missing items or packaging will still be accepted but as received.
  
• Damage claims or products not matching description must be raised within the 7-day period.
  

How to Arrange a Return

• Contact via the Contact Us page, quoting your original order number and reason.
  
• They will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and advise how to return the products.
  
• Do not return goods without an RAN.

Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  
• It must also be in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Custom-made or special-order mirrors
  
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling
  
• Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

For non-faulty items, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
